Description
Dapoli Taluka boasts a diverse heritage, ranging from natural resources to ancient temples. The temple of Veleshwar at Tamastirth is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is said by the locals to date back to the time of the Pandavas. The temple is constructed on a stone platform that is as tall as a person. Located near the beach, the surroundings of this temple are very serene and beautiful.

Approach
Good road till the temple. Not much space for parking. Road is also narrow.
